Please note that we make every effort to meet the delivery times indicated, but we are not immune to an event that could delay delivery (such as a carrier delay, a strike, a lost package, an error of stock...). This event beyond our control does not give rise to compulsory financial compensation.  

Any delay or failure to perform the services provided for hereunder will not constitute a fault attributable to DecoMotos, insofar as it can be justified that this delay is due to a case of force majeure as defined by the regulations. 

Delivery :

Deliveries are made via Colissimo to offer the best price. Express deliveries are made via DPD.

Deliveries will only be made to the address indicated on your order form. For any error, contact us as soon as possible.

If you are not present during your delivery, a delivery notice will be sent to you. You will pick up your package at the post office.

In the event that the delay is attributable to you (the delivery address that you communicated to us was not correct, or you did not pick up the package within 10 days), the costs of reshipment of the package requested by the carrier will be at your expense, and this for any order less than €199.

Parcel tracking :

We make every effort to process your order and ship it to you as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that these deadlines may be extended, if we are awaiting validation of your order via the company Sell Secure (in this case, the order will be prepared and only its shipment will be put on hold), if we are awaiting a return from you following a problem with your order "status pending customer response", or in the case of an order whose items are not immediately available for dispatch (pending BIM or restocking) .

In case of doubt or urgent need, do not hesitate to contact us by phone. We will make every effort to ship your order to you as a priority.

We cannot be held responsible for extended delivery times in the event of problems with La Poste.

As orders are personalized, we do not accept returns. 

 

DISPUTE

What to do in case of litigation ?

Undelivered or Lost Package:

Your package is still not delivered and its position does not change on the carrier's site. We invite you to contact us by phone or email so that we can open a package search ticket with our carrier. Most of the time, the package is found and either it is delivered or it is returned to our depot. 
However, it may happen that the package is lost or untraceable, in this case we will have to wait for the end of the post office search procedure which may then take up to 21 working days from the opening of the dispute. The company DecoMotos remains responsible for the items it sends until the receipt of the goods by the customer. In the case of a lost package, we will offer you the return of the lost item if it is still available or the refund of your order.

Parcel delivered to another person:

If you dispute the delivery of your package to a third party, you must inform us of your complaint by registered mail as soon as possible.


Incomplete package received or damaged item:

You must carefully check the contents of the package upon receipt and, in the event of damage or missing items, do not omit to make specific and reasoned reservations on the delivery receipt. To default, you have a legal period of three (3) days, excluding public holidays, from receipt of the package, to make these reservations by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt directly from the carrier, in accordance with Article L. 133-3 of the Commercial Code.

After this period, we can consider that any shock or other problem will have been made by the customer and not by the carrier. We invite you to be very vigilant on this point.


Item received does not match item ordered:

We invite you to contact us beforehand by e-mail or telephone so that we can check with our teams the problem on the dispatch of your order and send us an e-mail with photos of the problem encountered with the product.
In the event of an error on our part, a prepaid return label will be sent to you (regardless of the amount of your order) in order to recover the item causing the problem and an exchange or a refund will be offered to you upon receipt of the 'article.

Validity of photographs
In a spirit of respect and service, DecoMotos.com uses photographs that most faithfully represent the reality of the item offered. However, the photos are not contractual and cannot be used as arguments during a disagreement.
