Although the website is multilingual, the translation is very poor or incomplete. In addition, the photos on the site do not correspond to what was delivered. Therefore, it is very important to order the right thing and it is easy for the supplier to talk himself out of "You ordered wrong". Rim decor, which is included in all images for ordering, would be an additional option. My daughter was looking forward to the new moped decor, which is now very obscured. Complaints were very slow to respond and dismissed as "you ordered the wrong thing".
