DELIVERY AND DEADLINES

DELIVERY

Deliveries are made  with DPD and Colissimo carriers  in order to offer the best price.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on your order form . For any change of address, contact us as soon as possible.

An email will be sent to you by the carrier to inform you of the delivery date. If you are absent, remember to schedule it later. 

However, if you were not present at the time of delivery, you can collect your package from the post office indicated on the delivery notice. 

In the event that the delay is attributable to you*, the costs of reshipping the package will be your responsibility, and this for any order less than  199€.

* the delivery address you provided is incorrect, or you did not collect your package within 10 days.

Countries delivered:  Whole world.

If you ordered a decoration kit already existing on the site , without any modification (except driver name and number), the deadlines are  7 to 15 working days * .

If you ordered a semi-custom or 100% custom kit , the deadlines are 10 to 20 working days* . 

* excluding public holidays, for delivery of items available from Monday to Friday  at home in mainland France (including Corsica).

We make every effort to meet the delivery times indicated, but are not immune to an event that could delay delivery. This event beyond our control does not give rise to mandatory financial compensation.  

Any delay or failure to perform the services provided for herein does not constitute a fault attributable to DecoMotos, to the extent that it can be justified that this delay is due to a case of force majeure as defined by the regulations. 

TRACK MY PACKAGE 

When your package is shipped, you will receive a  email from the carrier containing your tracking number and a link allowing you to track your package.

We do not accept returns . Indeed, since the orders are personalized, we cannot reuse or resell your decoration kits.
