The telephone number allows us to contact you when ordering spare parts or for after-sales service follow-up.

You will be asked for your email address so that we can send you the invoice for your purchases by email. 
Each time you check out, an automatic email is sent to you:

3- How are your personal data stored?

The data is stored in compliance with French and European regulations via servers hosted in data centers which meet the standards of European regulations on the protection of personal data.

Your personal data is stored for 5 years from the end of commercial relations with the customer (last order or invoice, or last email or telephone exchange with customer service). They will also be archived following a negative response to an email asking if the customer wishes to continue to receive commercial offers at the end of the 5-year period. At the end of this period, the customer's data will be archived.

You can also ask us to delete your personal data at any time upon simple request by sending us an email to:
info@decomotos.com. You will need to tell us your NAME, FIRST NAME, ADDRESS, CP, CITY, TELEPHONE NUMBER.
