General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preface These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationships between the company selling motorcycle stickers (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website https://decomotos.com (hereinafter "the Customer").

By validating his order, the Client declares that he has read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.

Article 1 - Products The motorcycle stickers offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy on the website. However, the photographs and graphics are not contractual.

Article 2 - Price The prices of the products are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time but commits to applying the prices in effect at the time of the order.

Article 3 - Order Any order validated on the site implies a payment obligation. The sale will only be considered final after receipt of payment and sending of an order confirmation by email.

In case of cancellation of an order for which design fees have already been incurred, a flat fee of 30 euros will be retained to cover these costs.

Article 4 - Payment Terms Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other means indicated on the site. Transactions are secure.

Article 5 - Delivery The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order, according to the estimated timelines at the time of purchase. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.

Article 6 - Absence of right of withdrawal In accordance with the applicable European regulations (Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the consumer's specifications or personalized, including printed stickers on demand. Consequently, no returns or refunds will be accepted for these products.

However, returns are accepted for in-stock goods, such as motorcycle parts, subject to the following conditions:

  • The Client has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with its packaging intact and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of an error by the Seller or a defective product.

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days following the receipt and verification of the returned product.

Article 7 - Warranty and Claims The products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Any claim must be sent to info@decomotos.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Article 8 - Protection of personal data The information collected is necessary for processing orders and is kept confidential. The Client has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.

Article 9 - Applicable law and disputes These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will strive to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
