Christmas Contest Regulations
Instagram Contest Rules "Win 3 Motorcycles for Free 🎁"
Article 1: Organization of the competition
The company LECALINA (hereinafter "the Organizer"), located at 165 chemin de la guiramande 13100 Aix-en-Provence, is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary titled "Win 3 Motorcycles for Free 🎁" on the occasion of its 6th anniversary.
Article 2: Conditions of Participation
The competition is open to any adult individual (18 years and older) residing in Europe. Employees of DecoMotos, as well as their families, are not allowed to participate.
Participation implies the unconditional acceptance of these regulations.
Article 3: Terms of Participation
To participate in the contest, each participant must:
- Mention 3 friends in a comment under the official contest post on Instagram.
- Like the post.
- To be subscribed to the Instagram account @decomotos_fr.
Only one entry per person (even the same Instagram account) will be taken into account.
Article 4: Duration of the competition
The competition starts with the publication of the announcement on Instagram and ends on January 5, 2025 at 11:59 PM CET. Any entries received after this date will be considered null and void.
Article 5: Designation of Winners
The draw will take place on January 6, 2025 supervised by a bailiff.
Three (3) winners will be drawn at random, each winning a motorcycle. The winners will be contacted via private message on Instagram within 48 hours of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new draw will be held.
Article 6 : Lots
The lots are as follows:

3 motorcycles (models and details to be confirmed by the Organizer).
Only one prize will be awarded per winner. Prizes are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Article 7: Personal Data
The information collected as part of the competition is intended for DecoMotos only and will be used to contact the winners. In accordance with European regulations (GDPR), each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting support@decomotos.com.
Article 8: Responsibilities
The Organizer cannot be held responsible in case of:
- Technical problems preventing participation or access to the competition.
- Delay or loss of batches due to circumstances beyond its control.
Article 9: Complaint
All claims related to the competition must be sent in writing to DecoMotos before January 31, 2025. No claims will be accepted after this deadline.
Article 10: Acceptance of the regulation
Participation in this competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. The complete rules are available upon request at support@decomotos.com.
