 General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between the company selling motorcycle stickers (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website https://decomotos.com (hereinafter "the Customer").

By validating their order, the Customer declares having read and accepted without reservation these GTC.

Article 1 - Products The motorcycle stickers offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy on the website. However, photographs and graphics are not contractual.

Article 2 - Prices Product prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in effect at the time of the order.

Article 3 - Order Any order validated on the site implies an obligation to pay. The sale will only be considered final after receipt of payment and sending of an order confirmation by email.

In case of cancellation of an order for which design fees have already been incurred, a flat fee of 30 euros will be retained to cover these costs.

Article 4 - Payment methods Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other means indicated on the site. Transactions are secure.

Article 5 - Delivery Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, according to the estimated deadlines at the time of purchase. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.

Article 6 - No right of withdrawal In accordance with current European regulations (article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the consumer's specifications or personalized, including stickers printed on demand. Consequently, no returns or refunds will be accepted for these products.

However, returns are accepted for goods in stock, such as motorcycle parts, subject to the following conditions:

  • The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with its intact packaging and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

  • Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in case of Seller's error or defective product.

  • Refund will be made within 14 days following receipt and verification of the returned product.

Article 7 - Warranty and claims Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects. Any claim must be addressed on Whatsapp at +33666475338 within 48 hours following receipt of the order.

Article 8 - Personal data protection The information collected is necessary for order processing and is kept confidential. The Customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.

Article 9 - Applicable law and disputes These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the parties will try to find an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
